The JKA-N5000A spring-loaded reset safety valve provides protection for the mud pump and mud manifold, ensuring safer operation of the drilling rig during the drilling process; Replace the shear type safety valve and achieve precise control of mud pump pressure through spring adjustment. Prevent underground accidents during pump shutdown.

The JKA-N5000A spring-loaded reset safety valve can be connected with LP thread, FMC Weco union or API 6A standard 6B type 3-1/8 "(34.5MPa) flange, and the rated pressure can be flexibly set from 1500-5000PSI (10-34.5MPa).

JKA-N5000A spring type reset safety valve adopts an integral piston structure, with a simple and beautiful appearance, and easy replacement of vulnerable parts; Enable sensitivity and achieve manual reset without stopping the pump after pressure relief; The pressurized fluid adopts built-in dual protection to prevent high-pressure fluid from overflowing and causing harm to other equipment and personnel in the event of seal failure.
 

Work pressure setting

According to the required pressure value, when there is no pressure inside the safety valve, rotate the 60-thick hexagonal nut upwards or downwards to make the pointer align with the pressure value on the scale, and then it can work after reset.
