BPV are used during the inflation of Christmas trees, BOP removal and to prevent back flow of fluid into the tubing.Back pressure valves reduce downtime and operating costs by allowing for repairs without killing the well.

Type H Back Pressure Valve (BPV) is a one way check valve, also known as a non return valve or NRV, which is used to safely seal tubing during installation of Christmas Trees, removal of the

Blowout Preventer (BOP), and to prevent back flow of fluid into the tubing. BPV can substantially reduce downtime and operating costs by allowing for repairs without killing the well.

Type H two way check valves for sale that can be installed in the tubing hanger to allow the Christmas tree to be tested. The two way check valve allows pressure to be equalized above and below the seal, ensuring safe removal from the tubing hanger.
