Product Description

Recommended for: Commonly used in drilling,cementing,work over services as flexible connector between standpipe and

Application: Used as Flexible connection between standpipe and swivel (Rotary Drilling) or between pump and standpipe (Rotary Vibrator) for pumping mud at extra high pressures in oil drilling and natural gas exploration work (including 50D, 70D).

Temperature Range: -30°C~ 120°C, or manufactured upon customers' requirements

Hose Reinforcement:2~ 6 layers spiraled by single high-strength steel wire, and rubber as a binder to make the layers into one complete and sound construction

Lining: Principally NBR constructed, featuring oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, acid, alkali & flame resistant.

Hose Cover: Primarily CR fabricated, featuring oil-resistant, abrasion-resistant, weatherproof and anti-ageing
