Integral fittings are cementing and fracturing equipment High Pressure Fluid Control Products. Widely used in the acidic operating environment (excluding containing CO2, H2S sour gas operating environment) in the high-pressure discharge line, input line, a temporary flow line, well testing, and other high-voltage transmission lines on pipelines.
Integral fittings technical parameters and performance specifications are in line with API 6A. Its product specification level PLS3, performance levels for the PR2, it can work with SPM's similar products interchangeable.
We provide series of high pressure integral fittings and welded fittings, including Wyes, Elbows, Tees, Crosses, Laterals and Fishtails, with sizes ranging from 2" to 4"and pressures from 3000psi to 20000psi(21MPa to 140MPa). The integral connections made of high strength alloy steel are all heat-treated to enhance load-bearing capacity and lengthen service life. They may have union ends for easy connection with various cementing or fracturing equipment, or have a welded end connector which is designed as per API Spec 6A.
Integral Fittings including tees, crosses, elbows and crossovers, are widely used for connection units in hard plumbing applications. We offer a variety of high-pressure integral union configurations and pressure ratings in forged Integral Fittings. Our products are manufactured from forged alloy steel. Our Integral Fittings are great for applications where an intersecting flow is needed. We could provide these with various end connections, and meet the demand for standard or sour gas service.
