Manual tong is an essential tool in oil drilling operation to fasten or remove the screws of drill pipe and casing joint or coupling. The handling size of manual tong I can be adjusted by changing latch lug jaws and latch steps.
 

DEENPU make  Manual Tongs (a widely used Oilfield Handling Equipment) are made conforming to API-7K latest edition and is designed for making up and breaking connections of  Drill Collars and Tubing from 2.3/8" to 7" simply by replacing of lug jaws and is designed to handle the torque capacity up to 16000 Ft-lbs.  It is having excellent durability as it is made from a high grade of alloy steel duly harden and tempered with a controlled hardness and tested in accordance with API - 7K specification. This Manual Tong with interchangeable lug jaw fitted with a replaceable type of dies which permits Tong to handle different sizes of tubular by simply installing hinge jaws to handle large sizes of tubular up to 7".
