Se 350 Casing Air Operating Pneumatic Elevator Spiders with Slips
Slip Type Elevators/Spiders are mechanized tools with air operating. They can handle casings up to 241/2 inch. They are easy to operate and dependable enough. Also they can reduce workload. They are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 8C.
Slip action is controlled by a conveniently positioned pneumatic control valve, or in the case of the 150tons tools, by simple manual operation.
All pneumatically controlled units operated by utilizing the rig air supply. For maximum crew safety, the system may be manually operated if rig air pressure is temporarily lost. Further safety is insured by a positive locking mechanism, which locks slips in the set position.
