Product Description

                                                            Mud Pump Piston Rod

Piston rod is main parts of oil drilling rig mud pumps. The large end of the piston rod is connected to the power end of the mud pump through the clamp to transmit power; the small end is mounted with a mud pump piston, and generate pressure through reciprocating motion in mud pump liner.

The piston rod manufactured by our company is forged from 35CrMo material. It has corrosion-resistant, high-density, low-wear surface, which reduces the deformation of the sealing packing and prolongs the service life of the sealing sleeve and the piston top sealing ring. This piston rod is also equipped with a piston nut. 

The surface treatment types are: Parkerizing, plating chrome and nickel.
