Roller Reamers are designed for reaming and stabilization in any type of formation. All parts of the tools are made of special alloy steel and heat treated for hardness. Drilling crews can easily replace any part in the field without the use of special tools.

deenpu offers three types of cutters for different type of formation. 

When ordering please specify:

1. Hole size;
2. String type or near bit type;
3. Drill collar size;
4. Top and bottom connection;
5. Cutter types. 

The Roller reamer is designed for any reaming operation and particularly for stabilization purposes when
drilling in abrasive formations. According to the different hardnesses of formations,you may separately
select sharp-fanged roller,wide-fanged roller or tungsten carbide compacts roller. In addition, each body,
by simple adjustment of blocks and proper selection of cutters, will suit a wide range of hole sizes.
MDX Roller Reamers have a heavy duty design based on a wide range of operating experience. They
can drill in any condition, be it soft, medium or hard formations. The reamers are built to maintain the
necessary hole gauge when drilling straight or deviated holes. They consist of cutter, bearing pin, cross
pin, lower block, upper block, secondary locking bolt.

      Its simple design allows for complete cutter replacement at the rig site, without welding or the need of
special tools.Three and six point roller reamers are available with a lubricated and sealed cutter assembly.
Pressure balanced sealed journal bearing assembly has a long service life.
      Three different types (T, F and B) of rollers are offered.
Type T: narrow tooth is machined and surface hardened, which is used for cutting of hole wall, used for
     soft formation. (Roller Cutter: like soft lime and shale. Hardened, carburized, quenched and tempered
     teeth)
Type F: wide flat tooth is machined and surface hardened, which is used for cutting and crushing of
      hole wall, used for medium hard formations (Chert: for medium to medium-hard formations, like dolomite,
      hard lime and chert, where crushing action is required.)
Type B: the roller is cold inserted with tungsten carbide string or Equipped with pressed-in tungsten
      carbide buttons, for hard formations. (Knobby: for hard ,extra-hard, abrasive and semi-abrasive
      formations, like sand or granite.)
